Shipping policy

FANK STUDIO IS A TRADING NAME OF CASDAM LTD (company no. 15893436, registered in England and Wales).

WHERE WE SHIP:

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

HOW YOUR ORDER IS SENT:

Our pieces are sourced in small runs and are sent to you directly from our partner warehouses, some of which are outside the UK. That is how we keep prices sensible for sculptural pieces. It also means:

– Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, on different days. You are only charged delivery once.

– Packaging may be plain and may not carry FANK branding.

DELIVERY TIMES:

– Processing: 1–3 working days after your order is confirmed.

– UK delivery: usually 7–20 working days after dispatch.

– The delivery estimate for each product is also shown on its product page. Estimates are not guaranteed; peak seasons, customs checks, strikes and weather can cause delays.

– If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you can cancel it for a full refund, and we will also look into it with the courier.

DELIVERY COSTS:

Standard tracked UK delivery is £4.95, and free on orders of £50 or more. The final delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING:

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show movement, especially for parcels sent from overseas.

TAXES, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

– UK orders: prices include any taxes we are required to collect. You should not be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a courier asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.

– Orders outside the UK: import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless checkout shows them as already included. Refusing a parcel does not cancel these charges; any return costs may be deducted from your refund.

ADDRESS AND DELIVERY:

– Please check your address at checkout. If it is wrong or incomplete, email us straight away; we can only change it before dispatch.

– If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we will refund the items minus any additional delivery costs, or re-send it if you pay the new delivery charge.

– Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you nominated.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS:

Until your parcel is delivered it is our responsibility. If tracking shows no movement for 10 working days, or a parcel is marked as delivered but you can't find it, contact us. We will open a claim with the courier and, once it is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full. If your parcel arrives damaged, see section 4 of our Refund Policy.
